Stefan Jesse 0abb519623 Restore the original crown volume behaviour and thin the level bar
Crown
- Every crown step adds or subtracts 2.5 from the current volume, like
the original WatchKit app (46.5 -> 49), clamped to 0...65. The crown
now counts detents instead of driving the volume directly; the
previous binding wrote intermediate values (0.1 steps) while turning.
- Each step is sent to the receiver immediately, without debouncing or
ordering, as before the rewrite. This also removes the false
"Receiver unreachable" banner that appeared when a debounced request
was cancelled by the next crown step.

Level bar
- Custom 6 pt bar replaces the linear ProgressView, half its thickness.
